Every DreamStar sleep set carries a 15-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Tell us what you are seeing and we will assess it.
To open a claim we need to confirm you are the original purchaser, when and where the set was bought, and a clear description of the defect.
Photos decide most claims. Reply to the confirmation email you receive with clear pictures of the defect — this page does not accept attachments. Transportation costs are the customer's responsibility and are not covered under warranty.
