We are not hiring at the moment. Send a CV anyway and we will keep it on file for six months.

We build every DreamStar mattress ourselves, in our own factory in North York. That means the people who design, sew, assemble, deliver and support our products all work for us — and hiring well matters more than it would for a company that just resells someone else's build.

What it is like here

Canadian manufacturing, not a warehouse-and-a-website operation.
Small teams, short decision chains, direct contact with the product.
Full-time roles come with benefits and a staff mattress program.

How we hire

Apply to a specific opening below. We read every application ourselves, reply either way, and keep the process to a short phone call, an on-site conversation and a decision.

Nothing open that fits you? Send your CV to [email protected] — we keep speculative applications on file for six months.
