Delivery timelines
- Mattresses: 3–7 business days for most postal codes.
- Accessories and bedding: 2–5 business days.
- Adjustable bases: 7–14 business days (freight carrier will call to book a window).
White-glove setup
Add White-Glove Setup & Removal at checkout and our crew brings the mattress to the room of your choice, assembles it, and hauls away your old one for recycling.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves the factory. Remote and northern postal codes may add 2–5 business days.
