Materials
- Plant-based SoyComfort™ foams replace part of the petroleum content.
- 100% water-based adhesives — no solvent off-gassing.
- Steel coils made from recycled content and recyclable at end of life.
Waste
Foam offcuts are shredded and reused in foundations. Returned mattresses are donated to local shelters where condition allows, or dismantled for steel, foam and fibre recycling.
Shipping footprint
Building in Canada keeps the average delivery under 900 km and avoids overseas container freight entirely.
