How the trial works
- Give your body at least 30 nights to adjust — that is when most sleepers settle in.
- Between night 30 and night 120, contact us to start a return.
- We book a free pickup and refund the full purchase price once the mattress is collected.
Good to know
- The trial covers one mattress exchange or return per household.
- Returned mattresses are donated to local charities or recycled — never resold.
- Accessories are returnable unopened within 30 days.
