Owning the production line is why a DreamStar costs less than the same build at a showroom.
We have built mattresses in the same plant since 1996. Nothing is white-labelled, so every coil gauge, foam density and stitch pattern is a decision we make and stand behind.
Why factory-direct is cheaper
A traditional mattress passes through a manufacturer, a distributor and a retail showroom, each adding margin. We ship from the line to your door — same build, one margin.
What we control
- Double-tempered coils wound and heat-treated on site.
- Plant-based SoyComfort™ foam poured to our own densities.
- Water-based adhesives only — the plant has no solvent line.
Every mattress is built to order, so nothing sits compressed in a warehouse for months.
